If that new online dessert recipe you tried doesn't look quite like the photo, or your grandmother's cake recipe you remember so fondly suddenly falls flat - it might be the elevation. Above 3,000 feet, baking often requires adjustments to time, temperature, or ingredients to get the best results.  In this workshop, you will learn about the important roles different ingredients play in baking at higher elevations.
