Carolyne Greeno

Carolyne Greeno serves as Senior Director of Finance and Administration for University of Arizona Cooperative Extension. In this role, she provides statewide leadership for budgeting, financial planning, business operations, and administrative strategy across county Extension offices, academic units, and research centers. Carolyne works closely with college and university leadership to align resources with the land-grant mission, support program growth, and ensure strong stewardship of public funds.

She brings extensive experience in higher-education finance, organizational planning, and policy development, and is committed to building effective business systems that allow Extension professionals to focus on serving Arizona’s communities. Carolyne is based in Tucson and supports Cooperative Extension’s work in all 15 counties and with tribal partners across the state.
